Eligibility Open to Singapore Citizens (SC) Full-time undergraduates in any year of study Demonstrated financial need with monthly household Per Capita Income of S$2,250 and below, or the prevailing upper limit for monthly household Per Capita Income as specified by the Ministry of Education for the eligibility criteria for the Higher Education Bursary Good academic standing Active Fifth Row and community service involvement would be advantageous Must NOT be a current scholarship holder Tenure Each Bursary Award is tenable for one year only Benefits of Award S$7,500 per academic year The Bursary Award is strictly for tuition fees and study-related expenses only No bond attached Things to Note Bursary recipients must take up the Tuition Fee Grant Subsidy by the Singapore Government. Repayment No repayment required. The Bursary Award must be refunded in part or in full if student withdraws from studies or have his/her studies terminated prematurely.
