Comprising two 12-storey blocks, SUTD Staff Housing is located within walking distance to the Sports and Recreation Centre as well as the academic and administrative buildings. Staff housing options range from one- to four-bedroom apartments to single rooms within a shared apartment.

Amenities nearby include Changi City Point Mall, Eastpoint Mall, Singapore Expo, Changi Airport, the Expo MRT Station, as well as the Upper Changi MRT Station.
