Mr Steven Lim

Mr Steven Lim is an entrepreneur with 27 years of experience in the information technology industry. Since co-founding RSTN Consulting Company in 1997, he has served as the group CEO and Founder. The group has branches in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and the Middle East.
He is also an active community leader. From 2002 to 2008, he served as Chairman of the Youth-Wing for the Serangoon Constituency of the People’s Action Party.
In 2013, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Enterprise Chapter of the then Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation. (SITF). In 2022, he was appointed as a Fellow by the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and is also their chairman of the university’s Entrepreneurship Program. He never forgets to give back to society. Since 2021, he has donated S$1 million to his alma mater Nanyang Technological University (NTU); donated bursaries and scholarships toSingapore Management University (SMU) and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS); and donated to 42 Singapore at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).
From 2022 to 2024, he was appointed as a committee member of the Singapore Manufacturers Federation, and in 2023, he served as a Council member of the Consumers Association of Singapore. From 2023 to 2024, he served as a director of the Singapore Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan. In 2022, he was invited by Valor Primary School to serve as a member of their School Advisory Committee. Mr. Lin has a wide range of interests and hobbies and has a lot of experience in Chinese and Western health care. He is also an internationally certified and Award-winning magician.
In 1993, Steven obtained his Bachelor of Business degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), and in 2008, obtained his Master of Science in Knowledge Management at NTU’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) in 2008 and graduated at the top of his entire cohort for that year.
