Our heartiest congratulations to ASD Alumni, Ian Soon on winning the Director’s Choice – The Warming Competition 2021 under the ‘react’ category.

The Warming competition 2021 invites participants to propose new or adapted architecture that addresses the issue of global warming. Ian took his thesis project under the mentorship of Prof. Eva Castro one step further to propose a new form of life for post-sea level rise Bangkok, through paradigm shifts in our conception of ecology and infrastructure.
