Learning Objectives
Participants will gain a good understanding of three major laws – Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Data Security Law (DSL) and Cybersecurity Law (CSL) that govern privacy in China. Participants will also learn about the complex multi-level, multi-agency enforcement structure, with in-depth analysis on topics of great concern such as Cross Border Data Transfers (CBDT), procedures in information security assessment, and so on.
