- Connecting to Data Sources and Basic Data Modelling
- Creating Your First Interactive Supply Chain Report
- Hands-on Exercise: Enhancing Report with Advanced Visualizations
Day 2
- Advanced Data Modeling Techniques for Supply Chain Analytics
- Using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for Complex Calculations
- Integrating Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate for End-to-End Solutions
- Case Study Analysis: Real-World Supply Chain Decision-Making with Power BI
Day 3
- Group Project: Developing a Comprehensive Dashboard for a Supply Chain Scenario
- Presentation and Critique of Group Projects
- Recap of Key Concepts and Q&A Session
- Assessment – Participants complete a practical exercise or a case study analysis demonstrating their mastery of Power BI in supply chain analytics.
