Cities sector
The SUTD Cities Programme is a multidisciplinary research initiative at SUTD. It integrates expertise from the Architecture and Sustainable Design pillar, the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities, and the Design and AI programme. This collaborative platform encourages partnerships with companies and organizations to address challenges pertaining to cities and the built environment.
Grounded in urban design, landscape urbanism, urban science, human behavioural science, AI, data analytics, and urban robotics, the programme aspires to drive innovative solutions that promote sustainable and livable cities, advance urban development, and enhance the quality of life for city residents.
