Biography

Win received a BEng degree in Engineering Product Development (Magna Cum Laude) specialised in Mechanical Engineering Track from Singapore University of Technology and Design (Singapore, Singapore) in 2015.

She joined JCS Echigo Pte Ltd as Mechanical Design Engineer, specialised in precision cleaning equipment, in 2015 and then moved into the electrical and software team as Head of Department, specialised in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) automation programs from 2018 until 2022. She joined Micron Semiconductor Operations Pte Ltd in 2022 as Senior Engineer in Operation Central Teams (OCT), Pump, Abatement and Chiller (PAC) team, focusing on Environmental Sustainability Emission programs. She is currently working on CAPEX/ cash cost savings, PAC% reduction, PAC technology transfer and alignment, and HTF alternate supplier qualification.
