Analysis of Inventory Management

PSA is a port group and partner to cargo stakeholders globally, with the main operations based in Singapore. Their services includes port, cargo and IOT services to fulfil the supply chain across the world today. Our team was assigned with tasks that emphasise on the port’s warehouse stock level, a inventory volume forecasting model and warehouse utilization rate. To tackle the given task, we are currently using materials from Statistics (Regression), Manufacturing Services and Operations (Safety stock) and an additional segment related to Time Series Analysis.
