A game designed to simulate manpower management. Players help Santa manage Elfs, to produce enough products before Christmas. Each Elf will have its individual Energy bar, that will drain or recover depending on the player’s actions. If the player is not careful, the Elfs may fall sick and reduce productivity. Player may choose the option of upgrading the Elfs, which will boost their productivity. Player must weight options to optimize the output. Fatigue management and the trade-offs of training vs working would be the crucial.
