Inventory Analysis of Late Delivery and Suppliers

The company we worked with for the inventory project manages vast amounts of goods each day that will be moved in and out of the terminal. To support their daily operations, a reliable supply of parts is required to keep their machines running in tip-top condition. In our project, in order to improve the reliability of the supply of important parts and items, we aim to measure the supplier performance, analyze the late delivery trend and develop the corresponding visualizations. In addition, we would perform further analysis on supplier performance and give suggestions to the company.
