Inventory Management of Aircraft Components

Fokker Services Asia offers a wide variety of services for aircrafts all over the world including a full-service provider of engineering capabilities, component and aircraft MRO, parts supply, and complete tailor-made solution programs. Our project aims to optimise the inventory management of the top 7 aircraft component through statistical analysis of each part and application of (Q,r) model to determine the optimal reorder point and quantity. In addition, hypothesis testing will be used to test the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed model for each component.
