MyNoNNa’s Salad Analysis

My NoNNa’s is a social enterprise that operates in schools, selling international cuisine. Their mission is to provide meaningful employment for persons with special needs and the elderly so as to equip them with relevant skills to allow them to secure employment in the future. Currently, the orders for salad vegetables are erratic and there is a handful of vegetables being wasted every week, suggesting that the order quantity for salad vegetables are not optimal. As such, our project aimed to determine the optimal order quantity for salad ingredients in order to reduce cost and minimise wastage, while ensuring that the demand for salads is still met.
