To Minimize Holding Inventory Level (Queue Time)

By making use of Queuing theory and models including M/M/n and M/M/c queuing model, we analysed data sets of different items sold in different locations and processed the arrival and replenishment rate. We derived from the probabilities of having a queue being built up for each an every item at a specific location. This helps us to minimize the probability of having a queue formed. At the same time, we aim to minimize the holding inventory at each location.
