Visit to Carousell on 7 March 2025

Our Master of Science in Technology and Design (Human-Centred Design) programme students had an inspiring visit to Carousell hosted by Keith Oh, Head of Product Design.

They saw first-hand how user-centricity and empathy drive Carousell’s design — creating not just a marketplace, but also meaningful experiences that impact lives and promote sustainability.

This visit reinforced the power of human-centred design, showing our students how empathy, trust, and community shape better solutions.
