Biography
Anupama Nallari received her doctorate in Environmental Psychology at the Graduate Center, City University of New York. She joined SUTD in May 2018 as a postdoctoral researcher for the New Urban Kampung project. Her past work includes methodological explorations of children’s perceptions of their early childhood environments; developing community indicators from a children’s rights perspective; and conducting participatory workshops focusing on community development in disaster affected areas. Her most recent work involved assisting UNICEF with the development of its urban strategy in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. She has been a research associate with the Children’s Environments Research Group for the past 10 years.
