Mr. Fong Saik Hay is the Chief Technology Officer of ST Engineering Limited. ST Engineering is one of the largest engineering corporation in Singapore with over 23,000 employees; revenue of US$5bn, presence in 23 countries with products covering land, air, sea and electronics.

Mr. Fong graduated from National University of Singapore with First Class Honors in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, Information and Control Engineering from University of Michigan. He had also attended a management course in Harvard.
