Transport Properties of 2D Semiconductor Devices (Current)

Biography

Tho Che Chen is currently studying his PhD in SUTD under Asst. Prof. Ang Yee Sin as his main advisor. He is interested in the simulation and modelling of quantum materials that has potential for industrial use if made into a device. Apart from his PhD program, he had worked with microcontrollers and enjoys reading about the quadrivium during some of his free time.
