Master of Science in Technology and Design (HealthTech Innovation)

Criteria for admission

There is one intake for the MTD (HealthTech Innovation) programme each year in September.

Applicants should possess the following:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, including engineering or biomedical science;
• Students whose language of instruction during undergraduate study is not English are required to present TOEFL-iBT (min. 85) and IELTS Academic (min. 6.0) score report;
• Interested candidates with undergraduate degrees in an unrelated discipline may be considered on a case-by-case basis*;
• Related job experiences will be considered for admission.

Note: TOEFL / IELTS scores are valid for two years from the test date and should not have expired at the point of application. Expired scores will not be considered for the application.
* Applicants without a relevant degree can submit a resumé or portfolio highlighting your skills, abilities and experiences to augment your application.

All applications will be reviewed by the MTD admissions committee and their decision will be final.
