Dr Chen Zheng, who was a visiting PhD student at ISTD and supervised by Prof Tony Quek, won the IEEE Communications Society Young Author Best Paper Award for their joint work “Cooperative Caching and Transmission Design in Cluster-Centric Small Cell Networks”, published in IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, Vol. 16, No. 5, pp. 3401-3415, May 2017.
