Ranjeev is a seasoned professional with over three decades of comprehensive experience in leadership, training, and consultancy. A distinguished veteran with 25 years of exemplary service in the Indian Army, he has transitioned into corporate consultancy, bringing his vast expertise to the forefront of AI, GenAI, and Agile methodologies. Currently, he is the trainer for all Agile specific courses and now poised to train on AI & GenAI courses where he drives transformative learning experiences for professionals under the WSQ and SSG funded programmes. He is also closely involved with a Singapore based Insurance firm as their GenAI trainer.
Ranjeev has a strong background in AI and GenAI, underpinned by the ICAgile FAI certification. He leads the development and delivery of foundational AI courses, focusing on the application of GenAI at the workplace by building awareness on prompt engineering, ethical AI, and AI’s integration into business strategy and product development. His work has empowered PMETs with the skills needed to navigate the evolving landscape of Agile-driven workplaces and now infusing the methodology for AI adoption.

As an AWS Authorized Instructor and Google Cloud Authorized Instructor, Anil has played a significant role in advancing AI technologies across various sectors.
Throughout his career, Anil has been instrumental in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on Generative AI tools and technologies across major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). He has developed and led numerous workshops and hands-on sessions, demonstrating how GenAI can transform industries, from enhancing cybersecurity measures to developing AI-driven solutions using platforms such as AWS AI tools, Azure AI Studio, and GCP’s Vertex AI.
Anil’s work includes building innovative GenAI applications like a Multimodal Playground for side-by-side model comparison, a text-to-voice chatbot using OpenAI, and various custom chatbots, including a website chatbot capable of scraping data. He has also developed an AI avatar for creating personalized video content and a custom Chat-GPT application that allows secure, private data access within organizations.
