Ethan Seow is a ISACA Singapore Chapter Infosec Leader 2023, ISC2 Rising Star Professional 2023 for APAC, TEDx and Black Hat Asia Speaker, educator, culture hacker and entrepreneur with over 11 years in entrepreneurship, training and education.
He is the co-founder and CEO of Centre for Cybersecurity, a Singapore-based cybersecurity training organisation building a new generation of information security practitioners. His deep and diverse experiences as a psychiatrist-in-training, life coach, and in professional L&D, gives him unique insights into the human factor in cybersecurity.
He seeks to bring this knowledge and humanistic approach to fill manpower and learning gaps in cybersecurity to create a safer and more resilient digital world.
Dave Gurbani

Dave brings a wealth of experience to the table being in the goverment sector for many years. He has an extensive career in MINDEF serving the local and foreign deployments. Dave also provides his experience across multiple security domains to SMES across. He is the CEO of CyberSafe and have been working closely with both IMDA and CSA for being one of their appointed DPE Vendors and CiSOaas. He is currently helping many SMEs in Singapore to get certified and achieve the CSA Cyber Essential Mark.
Daniel Goh
Asteria, Managing Director
Daniel began his cybersecurity career with the Singapore Infocomm Technology Security Authority1(SITSA) before joining Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) in 2013. He spent most of his career working on cybersecurity for the public service and a couple of years with ST Electronics integrating and securing large scale military systems.
He is one of the pioneering members of the Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP) programme in SITSA. He conducted many inaugural Operational Technology Security Audit for various industries and played an instrumental role in the formation of the Aviation Sector cybersecurity strategy. He integrated cyber elements into the aviation regulator’s crisis management plan and co-authored the “Aviation Cyber Security: A New Security Landscape” in the Journal of Aviation Management 2014.

Baljit Singh is the Head of Certification from GICG. GICG has been appointed by Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) as a certification body for the Cyber Trust mark and Cyber Essentials Mark. These marks help organisations strengthen their cyber defences and safeguard their data against evolving threats.
