Day 2
- Introduction to Power Automate – Streamlining Supply Chain Operations
- Building Your First Flow – Automating Procurement Approvals
- Advanced Workflows – Integrating Power Apps and Power Automate
- Group Activity: Designing an Automated Workflow for a Real-World Supply Chain Problem
Day 3
- Review and Refinement of Projects from Day 2
- Presentation of Digital Solutions to Simulated Supply Chain Challenges
- Preparing for Assessment – Key Concepts Recap and Q&A
- Assessment – Participants either present their digital solutions or complete a practical task on Power Apps and Power Automate, demonstrating their ability to digitize and automate supply chain processes.
