Vincent Kor
Vincent Kor is the General Counsel of the Government Technology Agency – the lead implementing agency for Singapore’s Digital Government and Smart Nation initiatives. Before his appointment in GovTech, Vincent served as General Counsel of the Media Development Authority where he advised on legal and regulatory matters connected to Singapore’s media sector.
Vincent has published articles on various aspects of media and technology including alternative dispute resolution, cybersecurity, e-commerce, digital payment platforms and intellectual property protection. He has spoken at conferences held by regional organisations such as AIBD and CASBAA, and was a regular guest speaker at NUS. Vincent is a past recipient of the Law Society Book Prize and the Public Administration Medal. Vincent holds a Master of Laws and is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law.
