Mr Rajiv Sodhi is Senior Corporate Vice President and Chief Customer officer. He heads global delivery for Consumer, Manufacturing, Public Services and Enterprise Transformation Service. This is about $1.1B of the $4.2 Revenues of HCL Technologies Ltd. In this role he is responsible for business planning, acquisition, execution and Customer Satisfaction of all engagement in these industry verticals. He has been with HCL for 15 years and previously held responsibilities such as Global Head of Operations, Global Head of Healthcare Delivery, Global Head for Retail and Consumer Service Delivery, Head Advanced Technologies Center, Head of Offshore Delivery for HCL James Martin and Company and Head of Sales for offshore projects worldwide.

Prior to HCL, Mr Rajiv spent 16 years with TCS where he was responsible for managing offshore Development facilities in India and Sales & Marketing operations in USA and UK. He also headed US East Coast operations and was responsible for a 3rd of the US revenues and a 6th of total revenues of the company.

In his 31 years of IT experience, Mr Rajiv has spent 10 years in 8 countries overseas. He did his graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani and MBA from Western International University, USA. He is also a QCA from Quality Assurance Institute, USA.
