Biography

Dicle Uzunyayla is a designer and educator. She received a Masters of Science in Architecture and Urbanism from Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Fulbright Scholar. She is currently Director at Tigris, managing an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers and designers, with a knack for discovering the intersections of design, technology, and strategy in the built environment.

Before founding Tigris, Dicle practiced architecture and urbanism at various international offices, including Office for Metropolitan Architecture and Baumschlager Eberle Architects. She has taught on the subjects of visual art, design science, and architecture at Northeastern University and Singapore University of Technology and Design.
