Learning Objectives

People analytics is a data-driven approach to managing people. For the first time in history, leaders can make decisions about their people based on deep analysis of data integrating with the traditional methods of personal relationships and experience. By the end of this course, participants should be able to

  1. See the macro-applications of People Analytics in a fast changing world
  2. See the micro and indepth view of human potential individually, in partnerships, teams and communities
  3. Understand the five fundamental ways in which people are different
  4. Know how to leverage their innate strengths to peak perform
  5. Have a deeper appreciation of others and how their innate strengths can be used for the benefit of the company or organisation
  6. Use People Analytics skills to achieve goodness of Fit and enable Stretch in performance without burnout
  7. Manage performance personae so as to fulfil job expectations
  8. Use a People Analytics System to Lead, Create and Manage positive change
  9. Use universally recognised language to describe personality-driven differences
  10. Lead teams and organisations using people analytics
  11. Energise and steer culture of group or organisation
  12. Use collaborative platforms for nurturing talent in self and others
  13. Be equipped, enabled and empowered to use at least one system of People Analytics and Technology, such as the PEAKS People Analytics Platform for Personal and Professional Applications
