Introduction
This course equips business leaders and managers with the essential skills to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks in the Human Resources (HR) life cycle. Participants will explore key areas such as recruitment, workplace fairness, workplace harassment, performance management and termination. Through case studies and interactive discussions, learn how to develop strategies to effectively manage such risks in the HR life cycle in compliance with employment guidelines and regulations in Singapore.
