Nurasyikin graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Business Process & Systems Engineering. Prior to joining SUTD, she was with a research institute in National University of Singapore assisting in the Human Resource related duties of Keio-NUS CUTE Center, which include assisting in the recruitment of staffs, processing for the overseas student internship program and any related HR matter. Nurasyikin also handles visitors to the Center, which include the pre-arrival preparation as well as the reimbursement of the visitors.

During her leisure hours, Nurasyikin enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with her friends, watching movies and listening to music.
