Types of Submission

We accept submissions of relevant Cyber-Physical Learning (CPL) content in the form of Stackable Micro-Content:

PowerPoint Slides

File Type: PPT, PPTX
Length: Up to 10 slides, excluding Title Slide and Acknowledgement Slide
File size: Should not exceed 150MB
Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9 resolution

  • To include a Title Page with full title of your article, full names of authors and institutions.

  • PowerPoint slides: up to 10 slides per content unit

  • Text and images should be in a size that is easy to read

  • On the last slide, any form of acknowledgments, funding, or support from third parties must be clearly stated. 

  • The Title Slide and Acknowledgement Slide are not counted within the 10 slides.

Videos/Animations

File Type: MP4 
Length: Up to 10 minutes for complete story line, per content unit
File size: Should not exceed 1 GB
Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9 resolution

  • To include a Title Page with full title of your article, full names of authors and institutions.

  • Text and images should be in a size that is easy to read

  • The audio should be clear and audible

  • No background music

  • Include Closed Caption for video submissions

  • At the end of the video, any form of acknowledgment, funding, or support from third parties must be clearly stated as coming from the authors (e.g., "The authors would like to thank…").

Audios/Podcasts

File type: MP3, MP4 embedded in PPT/PPTX
Length: Up to 10 minutes, per content unit
File size: Maximum 150 MB

  • To include a Title Slide with full title of your article, full names of authors and institutions.

  • The audio should be clear and audible

  • At the end of the podcast, any form of acknowledgment, funding, or support from third parties must be clearly stated as coming from the authors (e.g., "The authors would like to thank…")

Authors are to clear the copyrights for content where applicable (e.g., pictures, graphics, photos, sound files, animations, video files, etc.) and indicate if they have used Generative AI.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are to ensure that you meet the Submission Guidelines before uploading the documents/files:

  • The topic should be related to Cyber-Physical Learning in Higher Education/Adult Learning.

  • The appropriate Submission Guidelines are met (for the various formats such as Slides/Audios/Podcasts/Videos/Animations).

  • The authors have included acknowledgment of use/no use of Generative AIs in your submission.

  • The authors have obtained permission for the use of copyrighted images/figures/tables/data used in your submissions.

  • ​The authors have granted use of your submission to be hosted on the SUTD website upon acceptance.

  • By submitting to CPL Journal, authors acknowledge to have met the above guidelines.
