The Mission

  • Teams are challenged to design and fabricate robots capable of clearing real-world inspired obstacles faced during food delivery.

  • To complete the mission and emerge victorious, you will need to muster your skills in prototyping and coding, and harness the power of technology to build a robot capable of collecting and delivering meals efficiently.

  • The fastest team to collect and deliver the meals to the end-point within the time limit wins the challenge.

Info for registered participants 

  • You will be provided with a basic starter kit per group to build and assemble your robot. 

  • All other information will be available in the Game Manual for download at robocla.sh/resources/.

  • Collection for the starter kits will be from 20 to 22 December 2021 (subject to change) at SUTD.

  • We will reach out to you to arrange for timeslots for collection of the starter kits.

Top 3 teams will win attractive prizes and a Certificate of Achievement. 
All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.

About the Trainer

SUTD Organization of Autonomous Robotics (SOAR) focuses on autonomous robotics platforms and AI and machine learning frameworks. The club adopts Robot Operating System (ROS) as the main robotics middleware framework to keep pace with industry demands and ensure that the projects are cross-compatible and hardware-agnostic. SOAR aims to groom and nurture young robotics engineers who are well-rounded and can tackle a variety of real-world robotics challenges.
