Dr Andy Zheng, an adjunct researcher at the SUTD Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities described how his team of 10 software engineers at PAIR Taxi built and launched the Taxi FluTrace applet to do contact tracing with QR code scanning and big data analysis in Chengdu, Ha’er’bin, Dazhou, and Hangzhou.
