Programme Overview

The Master of Engineering, or MEng, offers working professionals and fresh graduates the opportunity to explore independent, research-oriented solutions to existing engineering challenges and create A Better World by Design.

MEng students will conduct their research under a SUTD faculty member, who will guide, mentor and provide supervision where necessary. This research will culminate in the creation of a Master thesis, which must be evaluated and passed by a Thesis Examination Committee.

Students will also be required to complete at least two:

Candidature Period for Full-Time (Maximum candidacy of 3 years)

  • Full-Time: 1 to 3 years
