RQAM manages One Raffles Quay and Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC), two premium developments in Singapore’s new downtown at Marina Bay that account for approximately 4.5 million square feet of prime Grade A office and retail space in the Central Business District of Singapore. This forms the largest collective prime Grade A office space in Singapore. RQAM also manages the newly-completed Marina Bay Suites, as well as the retail leasing and mall management of Marina Bay Link Mall (MBLM), the retail component of MBFC.
